Elise Talboy Playing at Pacific University! →
Elise “Leesy” Talboy ‘09 is playing NCAA D3 lacrosse for the Pacific University Boxers in Forest Grove, Oregon. The past US Lacrosse Academic All-American and member of the undefeated 2009 State Championship BK squad, Talboy is slated as an attack for the Pacific squad. Of note, one of Leesy’s teammates is felllow TVWLL player Adri Wilburn from Boise High.  Go Boxers!

Cassie Brunelle Playing for St. Mary's Gaels →
Cassie Brunelle, a key player in the BK program for four years, is now playing midfielder for the St. Mary’s Gaels.  Her team competes in the Mountain Pacific Sports Federation against Stanford, Oregon, California, Denver, and other NCAA D-1 programs.  Cassie scored a goal for the Gaels in their season opener against Denver in February. Go Cassie!

Emily Valla - Chapman University Panthers! →
Emily Valla was a four-year player in the BK program and a standout middie during our undefeated 2009 season. She is now playing for the Chapman University Panthers in the Western Women’s Lacrosse League in the Women’s Division Intercollegiate Athletics.  The team already has wins over Davenport and USC’s B-team. Way to go Emily!

The founder of 3D Lacrosse, Jamie Munro, will be in Boise over President’s Day weekend to conduct clinics for the Treasure Valley Youth League.  The company is a Denver-based lacrosse consulting and events business, and Munro is a bona fide lacrosse ‘rock star’ as a highly successful NCAA D-1 coach and as an All-American (and All-Ivy) D-1 player at Brown University. We’re proud of Chani, a four-year player in our program who starts at middie for the Regis Rangers (Denver, CO). Check out the link to learn about Chani and her team. She was a great one for the Knights and she started every game last year for Regis. Go Rangers!
